Intelli Heat Electric Radiators Delivery and Returns
We hold all our ranges in stock, and our delivery company usually delivers orders within 48 Hours, between 8.30 am and 6 pm. However, this cannot be guaranteed, so your order may be delivered later on in the afternoon. It is essential that you are available to receive the delivery. You will be liable for the payment of any subsequent re-scheduled deliveries should no-one be available to receive the goods on the scheduled day.
Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, IntelliHeat will not be able to trace its progress and it will not be possible to change the delivery address or the expected day of delivery. Our carriers may call you on the delivery day if they are running late, or for further delivery information. Always check your delivery before signing for receipt of it to ensure that all items are included as ordered and if anything is missing or damaged please make a note on the delivery form and contact IntelliHeat as soon as possible.
At IntelliHeat all orders are rigorously checked before shipping and are properly packaged to ensure that you receive your goods undamaged and in good working order. However, it is essential that you inspect all goods before signing the delivery receipt form. Single items deliveries do not always require to be signed for, however, ALL goods received must be thoroughly inspected for damage and to ensure that all items are included as ordered. Damaged packaging may also indicate that the contents might also be damaged. Please check before accepting the goods as “in good order”.
At IntelliHeat all orders are rigorously checked before shipping and are properly packaged to ensure that you receive your goods undamaged and in good working order. If your order needs to be signed for and you discover or suspect that any item is damaged or missing, sign receipt form ‘received damaged or missing’ (and identify the item) then report this to us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Please note that IntelliHeat cannot be held responsible for any missing item or for any damage to the goods reported after this period, therefore no claim will be considered.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair where goods are faulty. Should you simply change your mind you could claim for a full refund within our “7 days cooling off period” but must be authorised by IntelliHeat Ltd prior to any returns being accepted. A re-stocking, handling and administration fee charge of 20% of the total invoice will be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be sent back at the expense of the customer, unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Upon inspection, providing the items returned are in resalable condition, the customer will be issued a full refund within 28 days of receiving the goods back. Any delivery charges will not be refunded. IntelliHeat Ltd does not accept any liability for damage caused if returned items are not properly packaged. Heavy items such as radiators must be returned on a pallet and marked with a returns reference number.
Item/s must not be returned assembled or with missing parts as this is likely to cause damage during transit, i.e. with brackets attached, must be bagged and included in the original box. The customer will be charged a handling fee and or other charges for any damage caused during transit if any of the above is not adhered to.
