Product: This is the mercedes of electric heating. Absolutely love it! Looks stunning. Not the cheapest but worth every penny if you can afford it. I will be buying some more for another property. Italians really do it better!

Service rating: What a fantastic system and great company to work with, I cannot speak more highly of Sal and his team as the customer service is second to none! The system we have had now for approaching five years and it’s still performing well. Glad I didn’t go with oil or a massive gas bottle in my garden as we have no mains energy other than electric.

Product: We have the Cali dus system the older brother to the avanti and it still looks ultra modern although the new avanti has better setup for the thermostats (more friendly) but that’s just progress in 5 years!

Service rating: Simona was extremely kind and efficient. It would have been great if there had been an official installer in our area (Derby) but there were none. The local electrician did a good job but as he was starting from scratch it took longer than an experienced person. Nevertheless the instructions were good and he completed the installation successfully. We would buy from the company again.

Product: We were disappointed that the original model that we chose was not in production in the size we needed. The alternative model is not as smooth so does not blend with the wall in the same way. Nevertheless it is satifactory.

We have just had the new Cali Sense installed in our offices to replace our really inefficient storage heaters, and IntelliHeat were so helpful and the electric radiators are great. They are actually quite simple to use once you are shown. The installer was extremely helpful and set up each radiator to our offices hours needs.

Everything was in stock in the UK & is guaranteed for 10 years, perfect! I highly recommend this company to anyone considering electric radiators, based near Cambridge, they answer the phone with real people & are very knowledgeable with answers to all my questions.

Product: I couldn’t believe how quickly these radiators heat up, and they stay warm for ages, so im using a lot less energy than my old storage heating. Slim and really stylish too. I wish I’d changed to electric radiators from IntelliHeat years ago!

I would recommend this company and their heaters. Excellent service. Prompt delivery. No high pressure sales techniques. Product : I recommend Cali Avant heaters. If I need to buy more radiators I would certainly go back to Intell Heat. I only wish I had bought all Cali Avanti instead of buying two of the cheaper version.

Product: Having had several quotes from various companies from Fischer (complete rip off) to the cheapest on the net, and finally chose IntelliHeat. This is certainly a quality product made entirely in Italy (it shows!) I have replaced all the storage heaters in my new holiday home I have recently bought in a village where there is no gas and I am extremely pleased with their performance. They keep the rooms warm efficiently and economically and with the addition of the Whapp wirelesss control I have peace of mind that I can control my heating outside the property, brilliant!
