Delivery of your Intelli Heat Electric Radiators

We hold all our ranges in stock and our delivery company usually delivers orders between 08.30am and 2.30pm. However, this cannot be guaranteed, so your order may be delivered later on in the afternoon.

PLEASE NOTE:Following the recent Government guidelines, Intelliheat is to reluctantly issue a temporary shutdown of our showroom, however, we will continue to support the delivery of orders within 48H whenever possible and while our large stock lasts, our staff will be working remotely from our offices taking enquiries and orders until the normal business is resumed.

It is essential that you are available to receive the delivery, and if necessary, wait until your delivery arrives, as you will be liable for the payment of any subsequent re-scheduled deliveries should no-one be available to receive the goods on the scheduled day.

Please also note that it will not possible to arrange a definite time of the day to deliver your goods, also once your order has been collected from our warehouse, Intelli Heat will not be able to trace its progress and it will not be possible to change the delivery address or the expected day of delivery. Our Carriers may call you on the delivery day if they are running late, or for further delivery information.

ALWAYS CHECK your delivery before signing for receipt of it to ensure that all items are included as ordered and that there is no visible damage to the goods, damaged packing may indicate that the contents might be damaged, so you should check. If anything is missing or damaged please make a note on the delivery form and contact Intelli Heat as soon as possible. Intelli Heat cannot be held responsible for any missing item or for any damage to the goods reported 48 hours after receipt. Thank you.
