Winter cost feedback

Hi Simona
Still delighted with the Plano heaters which have kept the house luxuriously warm, even during the -10 degrees period!…..I also love their elegant minimal look. The entire electricity bill was reduced by 25% , which I think is excellent.

We are both at home during the day, and have no gas or any other fuel cost. This winter would have been unbearable with the old economy 7 storage heaters. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service.

We are very pleased with the appearance of the radiators better than anything else we have seen and they are so easy to install with good fixings. The radiators are keeping us nice and warm during this very cold spell it was minus 13 degrees C last night here in High Wycombe. Just to say thanks for your help on the phone he other day. I am delighted with the Plano and have high hopes that others around here will consider Intelliheat, as many are fed up with their inefficient storage heater systems and like me have no gas and cannot site an oil tank even if they wanted to.

I just wanted to let you know that the heaters were successfully installed on Friday. For the first time I’ve even felt too hot in my flat – which is a very exciting thing indeed! Cedric was also very professional in getting the job done and was good in answering all of my questions. I wasn’t really thinking about the aesthetics when I bought the heaters as I just wanted to be warm – but they look great and my flat feels more modern which is a real bonus.Thanks very much for your advice and help in getting me to this point. With reference to our telephone the system itself is performing above our expectations,
The complete control we have over each radiator is such a major step forward from our old gas system. I have noticed adverts on the television recently suggesting the purchase of energy monitors, well, this system has all that and more.

At this point in time, I would not hesitate to recommend the system to others.

Everything went well and your installer appreciated the preparatory work that my guys on site had done for him.
He was very helpful and was able to confirm that Scottish and Southern have not installed the meter as asked but have given me a restricted supply despite having asked for confirmation of an unrestricted supply many many times. Still better to find out now I guess than further down the line. So all in all a positive experience and I would have no reservation in recommending him.

Simon arrived on time at 8.30 and did a very good job, clearing up all the mess at the end of the day. Some of the positioning and methods of connection were not clear at

There are heating systems and there are electric heating systems however after installing the Intelli Heat heating system just before Christmas and enduring outside temperatures that reached minus -19.5 degrees C yet we were as warm as pies inside our 4 bedroom detached house in Aberdeenshire. The service and backup was most responsive and supportive of our requirements. Whatever the temperatures in the future may ever become I can comfortably say ‘we are ready for it’ Mr T. Aberdeen

Hi, I must pass on my sincere thanks to Simona, and all the staff for the help and guidance in choosing my new heating system. I have replaced the OLD storage heaters with THE CALIDUS RANGE. I am very impressed with the looks,and performance. Simon came today and resolved the issues we were having with storage. Everything seems to be working ok now and I was very pleased to meet Rob. He came nice and early and checked all the other radiators for me as well. I would also like to say that I am very pleased with my radiators and felt they worked very well over the winter. I enjoy the flexibility that they provide and the fact that I can adjust everything whilst sat on the sofa. I particularly like that I can monitor the energy usage on the wippy and look at all the graphs. Anant

Thanks I don’t like storage heaters because they give off a ‘dry heat’ and are too bulky. When I saw your heating and I knew it was the electric central heating system for me. They look just like gas radiators and are easily controllable. Installation was completed in a day, i’ll email running cost shortly. Ashley leicester

A quote has been received and accepted. Units have been ordered, perfectly delivered and are now stored awaiting installation. We have had a visit from your Sales Manager to finalise our requirements. Arrangements are in hand to change our electrical supply from Economy 7 to Economy 10 – this is scheduled for 20th may.
