I am an independent Energy consultant working with homeowners/householders to maximise efficiency and reduce energy cost where practicable and possible. I currently have a remit through a client who has access to ECO funding to communicate the offering of 100% funded External Wall Insulation to properties that are solid wall and on Electric heating. I will need to communicate this to an audience that are using electric systems as there main source of heating. I would like to explore the potential of a possible working relationship with any organisation that installs such systems by making available access to this funding for any of their customers with a property that qualifies. Do you think this would be possible?

Purely for your information, I would like to point out that there’s something of a renaissance for electric heating taking place across the UK, and many architects are seriously considering electric heating as an option in new build; particularly in refurbishment projects where the installation time and costs – as well as on-going heating bills can be lower than with traditional wet heating systems.
In fact, the majority of our business is replacing storage heating systems due to their well known drawbacks such as, producing dry air, being bulky and unattractive, producing warmth in the morning and afternoon but fizzling out from the early evening, lack of control/programming, and, having to predict the next day’s weather, otherwise, albeit storing energy on a cheap rate overnight, that could be wasted if lesser or no heating is necessary the next day. Yes you can keep all the existing economy 7 wiring and just replace them with the cali Avanti.
